★ Andrew Gori is a writer and journalist whose insatiable curiosity and endless quest for knowledge led him to The Conversation Group. For two years he worked as an Online Media Analyst, canvassing the internet (mostly in the social media forum) to learn what people had to say about topics as varied as online education, music, finance, consumer goods, the environment, technology and politics. While tools such as Radian6 and eCairn were used, the focus was always on manually reading and digesting as much raw material as possible. Writing reports on sentiment analysis and Internet metrics, he helped clients understand who is talking about them, what they are saying and where they are saying it. From there, he aided companies in their efforts to engage relevant online communities as well as discovering where their efforts would be most effective.
Prior to that Andrew earned his MFA in writing from California College of the Arts, worked as an editor, proofreader and is still active as a freelance writer. He lives in San Francisco’s Richmond district and is currently developing a blog dedicated to his beloved neighborhood.

★ Keane Li is a media researcher with a strong background in data analytics. Having worked with respected institutions and global leaders like the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and The Conversation Group, his experience extends beyond the technology industry. His endeavors in online marketing and campaign promotions have benefited clients in industries from technology (Microsoft, ooVoo, Solio, Sofa Labs) to entertainment (Syfy, Codeblack, Blair Underwood) and more. Additionally, his understanding of the nuances in the language of social media has enabled him to assist clients in connecting with their customers in meaningful ways.
Keane currently writes for Performer Magazine, an independent musicians’ trade magazine distributed nationwide. He also moonlights as the frontman and guitarist for San Francisco alt-rock band Festizio.
